Hey, I’m Ty – the DJ behind DJ Yeehaw.

I’m based in Gippsland and have always loved the kind of events where good music brings people together. Whether it’s a birthday party, private function, country event, or a big celebration with friends and family, there’s nothing better than watching a room come to life once the music starts.

The name DJ Yeehaw definitely nods to my love of country music, but my playlists aren’t limited to just one style. I enjoy mixing everything from country favourites and classic sing-alongs to modern hits and dancefloor staples. For me, it’s all about playing the right songs at the right time and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels like getting up and joining in.

Every event is a little different, which is what keeps it interesting. I like working with people to understand the kind of vibe they’re hoping for, then shaping the music around that so the night feels natural and fun from start to finish.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: great music, a packed dancefloor, and a night people will remember.
